Music Festival this Saturday!

Music Festival This Saturday! The Government Peak Music Festival is this Saturday! Buy your Tickets Online or visit one of these local ticket outlets in Palmer ~ Arkose Brewery, Active Soles and Lavender (beverage tickets sold separately). This will be a great family event, the weather forecast is looking good, so plan to come out and enjoy a great day. Learn about the work the Mat Su Trails and Parks Foundation is doing to help fund and support trails and parks throughout the Mat Su Borough.

Bring the family and enjoy a great day at what is arguable one of the finest views in the valley. Remember kids under 12 are free when with an adult who has paid for admission to the music festival. The kids activities will be starting up at 3pm. You don’t want to miss out on the music, yoga, and face painting.

A few tips for a more pleasurable experience at the festival. We want to reduce waste and keep this festival green – no disposable plastic please. You are welcome to bring your own non-breakable pint glass, or purchase one of ours at the festival. Tickets for beer (and wine to satisfy some of those non beer drinkers) are sold separately. Must be 21 – ID will be required from everyone. No exceptions. NO outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed on site. Thanks for understanding!

Parking is always at a premium at the Chalet so be prepared if arriving a bit later to hop on our free shuttle bus that will be going to and from the parking lot of the alpine ski area that Hatcher Alpine Xperience is working on. Continue on up the Palmer Fishhook Road towards Hatcher Pass. At MP 10.6 will be signs up to the parking lot. Buses will be running starting at 3pm.

We look forward to seeing everyone lets have a great music festival and raise awareness and funds to support our trails and parks!
