Summer Host for Government Peak Chalet
As summer approaches the Mat-Su Trails and Parks Foundation is considering applications for a summer Chalet Hosts. This position works closely with the Mat-Su Trails and Parks Foundation to help monitor the Chalet at Government Peak through the summertime when our rental activity and Government Peak Recreation Area use increases. Finding the right caretakers is important for us and we will be coordinating our efforts with the Mat-Su Borough to ensure a steady presence at the Chalet. This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity. EASIEST WAY TO DONATE For Alaskans
While applying for their PFD online, Alaskans can choose to Pick.Click.Give. in increments of $25. All donations are tax deductible and donors will receive tax documentation from the State once their donations have been processed. Permanent Fund Dividend applications are available from January 1 to March 31, though Alaskans may choose to add or adjust their pledges online through August 31.
